The Spare House by MKP Group is the official distributor for Hero MotoCorp Genuine Parts in Navi Mumbai, centrally located in the MAFCO Market. If you require any HGP parts for your bikes or scooters, you can directly contact them and check parts availability and order parts, especially if the parts are not available at your local Hero dealer's parts store. Parts pickup is possible until 4:00 p.m. I recommend calling to check before heading to collect parts, as the warehouse may be closed to end customers due to ongoing stock-keeping processes. The staff is very cooperative and will confirm the part numbers for you after checking your vehicle's chassis number. You may need to present photos of your bike and RC to get the parts though, as is the case with most distributors. Rajendra Sir is very prompt and helped me secure a fuel pump within 2 hours. He also provided me with part numbers for all the required parts. If unavailable, you can order parts here, and they'll generally arrange them between 7-10 days. I was looking for a Footrest and footrest holder for my Hero Xtream 160R 4V, and the team went out of their way to verify the part number and ensure I got the genuine item.
